Where can I find local home prices data?

I seem to only be able to find national averages data, which I feel is not reflective of my local market (Lewis Center, a suburb in Columbus, OH). Is there a website or something where I can find data on home prices for my local area so I can see if home prices are rising or falling recently?

You can use the public records of the county you live in or contact a local real estate agent. They can give you the most accurate information.

Not really. Most of the websites on line like Zillow do not have up to date information. To obtain current market values you need a sold information and the cheapest way is by using a Realtor.
